My Space!

My Space

So I look around and I see white. This white is like an image that is blank. It is up to me on what I want to fill it in with. My choices reflect me and everything around me so I must choose wisely. I want this space to be clean, friendly, fun, outgoing, be forgiving, be loving, be compassionate, devoted and divine. This space is full of adventure leading me to more opportunities. Leading me for room to grow, and maybe expand into a global thing but not sure of what. This space is full of things I like or want to start to like but no matter what is in this space and what I fill it with, “it represents me”.
I love my space and I love me.

The Blocker.

The Blocker.

The body says "Feed Me More" even though I know it's wrong, “What to do, what to do?
I feel the pain "please go away" I feel the urge “What to do, what to do?
Oh just one won't hurt, just one can take that pain away. “What to do, what to do?
But one can turn to two or three and maybe four. What to do, what to do?
This decision is inside me and eating me alive. What to do, what to do?
You have taken my body, my heart, my mind. What to do, what to do?
Well guess what you urge, you distraction, you frustration, you evil thing you.
You cannot have my body no more.
You cannot have my heart no more.
You cannot have my mind no more
I have chosen to let you go and take me back
I will not let you have my soul.
I'm in charge of me, and this me says "NO".

I have devoted in writing this poem because I have heard and seen people facing hard times and I am trying to help.
Addiction can take control of you and I'm reaching out to those and saying it's never too late to get help or help others in need. Saving a life is worth it and everyone deserves a second chance.

I hope you enjoyed my poem.
Love to inspire others

A Touch of LOVE!

Love is like running water continuing to flow through the veins in our body. Bleeding out Love and spreading it around like a stain absorbing and sticking. It heals, it hurts, it’s fun. Love makes you live, you laugh, you cry, and you learn, but yet then you know you've lived.

The Benefits of Honey!

The wonderful benefits of honey are yet to surprise you from just taking in a teaspoon a day!

Honey is antibacterial. It provides the wonderful benefits of antioxidants, and flavonoids which can help to reduce heart disease and prevent cancer. It can be used as a treatment that can help disorders like gastroenteritis and ulcers. Honey can be known to decrease the irritation of the throat and a cough, which we all tend to get once in a while especially in the fall and winter season thanks to the weather changing. "This is interesting", Honey has also been known to increase the performance of athletics by helping to maintain the glycogen levels.  In older ages, athletes would take this and eat a fig right before their time of performance which supposedly increases their performance to be quicker.

Other ways honey helps
1) Regulate blood sugar
2) Improving eyesight weight-loss, urinary tract disorders, nausea, asthma, and diarrhea.
3) Heal burns and wounds
4) Good for skin
5) Probiotic

What types of books catch the eye and what we want to read?

Everyone loves a good read. When it comes to books everyone has their selection they love to hear and read about. I myself love comedy and romance along with adventure, like Harry Potter, a well-known written book, as well as the Twilight saga. Books can take are mind into a whole new world of fun, adventure, and imagination. Sometimes even having us wonder if it could really happen. If proven by scientific theory then maybe it has happen this is what some people do for a living look into theories or mystery that could really be true. Encourage reading it’s good for all ages, children just beginning our getting the chance to explore a whole new light to the world of adventure, science and history of fiction, and non-fiction. For us adults it keeps our minds fresh and good for our health to keep that brain working, and could steer from getting dementia. It’s good to stay proactive keep that mind smart, and fresh. Pick up a book and open your mind to your next journey or adventure, history, science, horror whatever it is that is your favorite read or soon to be your favorite read.  Your adventure awaits!

What’s your favorite reads?

What’s your next book you're looking to read share your thoughts and options?
