Let’s take a look on how they play a big role in healthcare, what their duties are, the authority in relations to healthcare, and what they have in store as far as accreditation, certification, and authorization in healthcare.

            JCAHO is Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organization with corporate members of American College of Physician- American Society of Internal Medicine, and the associations of The American Medical; The American Dental, and the American of College Surgeons.  This is a nonprofit as well private organization. Working through health accreditations provisions and support correlated services.  This 28 member Board of Commissions is governed by consumers, nurses, administers physicians, medical directors, employers, providers, quality experts, health insurance administrators, health plan leaders, labor representatives, educators, and ethicists (Farlex, 2013).

It does this by following, and maintaining the Gold Seal of Approval by making sure to deliver quality and effective services boosting the overall organizations moral and performance.

            This organization Joint Commission on Accreditations of healthcare effect on healthcare is important because it delivers the drive for other healthcare organizations to boost the ethical performance leading to a better healthcare organization by proving the safety and making sure there are the topic quality services provide to patients in the care of the doctor and dentist. This organization goes to extreme levels to make sure that there is effectiveness of continuously improving healthcare not only for the stakeholders but for the public giving the inspiration to what to thrive and excel in the best effective care with safety in the highest quality.

            Some example of the agency carrying out its duties is through critical access hospitals, independent or freestanding clinical laboratories, General, psychiatric, children, and rehabilitation  hospitals, Nursing homes or other long term care faculties, Ambulatory care providers, such like group practices, or office based, Behavioral healthcare organizations,  Healthcare staffing services and specific  services in disease and chronic care. There is outside review that shows the benefits of the safety and quality care provided by having these services provided to healthcare organizations. In order for the continuous effort of safety and quality to improve Joint commission relies on variety of advisory groups. It is very important and some would say “carousal” to know the common mistakes, and common ground of the business to understand where things are going wrong to improve. Without this feedback how else would the organization know where they went wrong. Knowing the strategies of other organizations also helps to give the moral to improve the work place by following a positive organization of good relations and high scores in the work place. They are only looking to improve healthcare just like the organization is doing it self with adding new technology and services improving the healing process by a faster time and speed. They collaborate with the healthcare organizations giving inspirational ideas into helping the services. This therefore help by improving by giving routine structure and meeting with employees providing rules and regulations that help guide in the structural guidelines in the services the physicians provide to the patients.  Therefore not only does this improve the overall comfortable level of the physician but the moral of the physicians and the organization giving off a better performance with high quality. What better is it to have a organization that can provide you with these services to help expand your company and lead you to an organization that even one cannot stay away from because the good word of mouth and quality service provided.

The organization, “Joint Commission on Accreditations of healthcare organizations” (JCAHO) only benefits the public. They make sure of safety and quality to be provided by making sure that high standards are being met reviewing and watching through external reviews. They also make sure that the company is only striving to make sure to improve the quality in safety in patients and care with the best services possible within their performance. In fact one of the organizations that had help from Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations / JCAHO was Crystal Runs and they had remarkable remarks.
