HIV/AIDS

Policy Process of HIV/AIDS
HIV is a virus which can lead to AIDS and is a very serious disease affecting those that are infected all over the United States and world. This virus cannot be controlled from being passed around unless we take and follow the necessary process to prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS. The disease has come a long way from the initial discovery of the virus to all the research that has up until only recently discovered a semi cure. The cure for HIV and AIDS has seen national spot light recently with recent forward progress into the cure.
HIV/AIDS
Human Immunodeficiency Virus known as HIV is a virus which can lead to AIDS which is referred to Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome. In the immune system which is the body’s help in defending and fighting off infections and diseases, the T cells known as CD4 cells get attack by this virus call HIV.  If  HIV the infection is to spread which then worsens and spreads to a more serious condition Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome ("The Immune System Is Your Body’s Natural ", 2012). This is a very serious health challenge that one has to fight.  Some systems that may arise are mouth or genital ulcers, muscle soreness, fever, rash, diarrhea, headache, night seats, sore throat, joint pain, and swollen lymph gland, mainly on the neck. When all the CD4 cells have been destroyed when the body is now no longer being able to fight off disease is more likely and pretty common for the HIV to progress to AIDS (Mayo clinic staff, 2012).
How you can get infected with HIV/AIDS and how it spreads.
It has be said to believe that HIV began in Africa from a species of monkeys and chimps it was believed that during the season of hunting and butchering the monkey the infected monkey or chimps blood was then transmitted to humans. When this disease transmitted over it turn into HIV in the human body. The main things that cause this infection are the contamination of blood, vaginal secretions or semen entering the body. These type of acts that could cause this to happen would be through blood transfusion, during sex, passed from mother to child during childbirth or breast feeding and through sharing needles. HIV cannot be passed through shaking hands, kissing, hugging, or dancing (Mayo clinic staff, 2012).
How HIV takes a toll on the worldwide nations and its populations.
HIV/Aids starting affecting the world way over many years ago and this infection are still affecting Americans and children all over the world.  There are 2.1 million children today that are infected with HIV and the number grows each year it is said that 370,000 will become infected ("Join Are Fight against Aids", 2013).  The world is continuing to look and search for ways and opportunities in reducing the spread of HIV/AIDS.   The world needs to continue looking for ways, in reducing and the spreading of new forms of infections or new forms of HIV. It is important to keep everyone informed and keep our children safe.
How HIV/AIDS is impacting the economy as a whole.
HIV/AIDS is affecting over 34 million people today worldwide.  Close to 7000 people are infected every day.  The number of children each year infected with this is 330,000. Only have of the people decide to go for treatment because of eligibility. Others share their stories reaching to others to put up a fight against HIV/AIDS. Some tell their stories which I believe is inspirational and may help others to get the help need and help those who don’t have the eligibility.  There was inspiration hearing that in 2011 the number drops 900 per day of new infection from spreading. There is cures is all about finding the cure and willing to stand and put up the fight. There is hope and people have to believe and we need those to help us believe there is hope and inspiration ("It Starts with Me ", (n.d).
HIV transferred from human to human
HIV is not really easy to get not like your common cold it has to be passed from vaginal fluids, blood semen, or breast milk. Not everyone will get HIV just because they have been exposed; you have to have a single exposure to that individual. Even the encounter of sharing a needle from an HIV infected individual could be at very great risk of getting infected.  If a person already has a STD they are at higher risk of getting HIV or spreading it to a partner.  A partner should be well informed if they have an STD or HIV right from the start before encountering sex with someone, the other person deserves the right to know if that other person is infected with a sexually transmitted disease or HIV/AIDS. It is important to stay protected and do not share needles with others ("Transmission", 2005).
Policy of the implantation process
There are three stages that are implemented in the policy process these three stages are the process of the decision, the policy formulation, and the process of action actually taking process which is called implementation.  The thing to know from the document of the policy is this is it is not specific on polices, strategies, goals, objectives, they are not that flexible to show the future only time can tell ("How Is Policy Implemented ", 1998-2004).
Decision- Making
This is not where you will find the results it is we you will find the initial thought of what should be done why and how it should be done.  This needs a strong team that is effective and will lay out a great framework that will strongly presume the objectives and the operational plan against HIV following the policy ("How Is Policy Implemented ", 1998-2004).
 Legislative stage
The legislative stage helps the process of a national response.  This will help the HIV issue be addressed, tested, and may even need protection in safeguard.  With this all to take place a functioning legislative process must be in place that will uphold the law and the subject in matter and produce the procedure needed to take action. An example would be where the government may create plans for HIV/AIDS ("How Is Policy Implemented ", 1998-2004).
Implementation stage
In this process the course of action that was planned and set out will fall into place and action is being severed.  An effective team setting the fight against HIV by supporting the cause and informing the public and staying educated and keeping others informed of all what is new. In this stage a government cannot delicate the HIV/AIDS process he or she is not in the position to do that ("How Is Policy Implemented ", 1998-2004).

Closing
As you look at the world and society things have changed so much by increasing the chance of several with all the new medicines and technology provide with the cost of a higher price. HIV has grown each year all over the world. HIV is involving and only we can try to not only stop it but the cause of it spreading by keeping those informed.  Let’s make a changing this world by stating to fight against these types of diseases. Stand for each other and make a difference and a change. Nothing can replace the precious gift of life, save the people and find a cure and put up a fight.

This organization has a great set of team members that offers a variety of services like surgical, radiology, laboratory, 24-hour emergency care, birthing center with private rooms like suites and rehabilitation ("Oakwood Annapolis Hospital", 1996-2012).

Risk and quality management in health care
Risk management
According to Carroll (2009), Risk management was put into pay in organizations for the safety of the employees and the patients. This was put in action in the mid 1970’s amongst healthcare organizations in response for a risk management plan for protection from claim cost, premiums from insurance and insures from the market from medical professional liability of witnesses from the exit of this (Carroll, 2009). It is focused on risk that could be allied with unintended liabilities from any type of injuries that could be faced in a health facility including accidental like medical error. This focuses on the professional liability, enterprise risk management, chief risk offers and patient safety with ambulatory care. Risk management looks in the best interest for the organization assets and potential loses focusing in Communication, Visibility, Coordination, and Authority.
Quality Management
Quality management focuses on ways to improving and evolving the organization. By creating a strategic plan from key elements, with the best leadership to run and operate the company with quality council.  Quality management can help by having personal and training programs available for learning and reeducating employees. There is always ways to learn by creating a fountain of opportunities to improve team formation and support from fellow employees for redesign and analysis (Sollecito, W. A. Johnson, J.K (2013).

Key concepts of risk, and quality management in Oakwood

Key concepts for risk and quality management inside Oakwood is that Patients come first and Oakwood set into play a Ethics and compliance program which help to enforce the safety of patients by having safety officers and risk managers. This implied to make sure all patient information was accurate and making sure that the obligations where held by physicians. This help to ensure ethical standards and by making sure that all employees were obeying by applicable laws and regulations ("Oakwood Annapolis Hospital", 1996-2012).

Steps the organization may take to identify and manage their risks

Oakwood follows by a concept called CREDO which stand for Compassion: Not allowing interpersonal issues with the care of patients. Respect: By not allowing or accepting any illegal fraudulent behavior but not tolerating or even considering this to happen in the work place. Excellence: By taking that extra step and making sure no personal information is exposed from improper disclosure by practicing confidential business. Diversity: Be able to communicate in with patients by assisting in communication barriers. Ownership: Be able to handle conflict of interest by disengaging in a decision if engagement might be existent.  This was set into place at Oakwood to help protect coworkers and the confidentiality of the patients.  This helps the employees to do their jobs with integrity. This helps employees to also have resources when a question may arise. Oakwood Credo provides guidelines within the workplace to provide a safe, fair and honest work environment ("Rooted In Integrity", 2010).

\Three typical or actual risks in the organization.  How the risks might negatively affect the quality

Some actual risk that could take place within Oakwood hospital is the risk of medical complications, like cause of infection. There is the case of human errors like someone injecting the wrong drug or dosage of a medication. Even someone could enter in the wrong information  into system. It is important that gloves are change between patients and before leaving a room or area that could cause the spread of disease or infection. This could lead to the spread of disease or other complications for not only the patient but others. The Oakwood organization code of conduct confides of the hospital walls (Griffin, 2005-2012).

Three internal and external factors that influence quality outcomes in the organization. How these factors might negatively affect quality outcomes for the organization.

Some factors that could influence outcomes within the organization internally could be operational plans, personal plans and finance plans within the company. The external quality factor that could affect outcomes within Oakwood hospital would be the marketing plans. It is good to put these in order. Oakwood has a set financial plan by budgeting, and strategizing. Setting a personal plan for Oakwood by setting objectives, then making sure all operational plans are running smoothly by making sure all task are taken care of and following Oakwood policy and regulations. (Sollecito, W.A. Johnson, J.K (2013).
Then by maintaining a relations ship with their suppliers and subcontractors in the market place helps for beneficial goals. They conduct their affairs in applicable law and regulations with integrity Oakwood provides high customer service consolidations and standards, with cost reduction. ("Rooted in Integrity", 2010).If Oakwood did not comply with the rules and regulations that would not be in operation conditions and would be shut down. There would be no operations to be set if there were no plans set, and no finances available to run and operate the organization. Oakwood need these things and organizations have to have finances and marketing or there is no organization.
Outline at least three of the organization’s long-term goals and at least three short-term goals.
Oakwood wants to be known as the place to go and be when in need of help. They want patients to see that they are known and will come first in their hands from word of mouth marketing. They want to continue to grow and expand.  They are going to continue to use quality and effective services where patients and safety are coming first.
Identify at least three fundamental risks and quality management policies that should be implemented and how they will influence health outcomes.
Oakwood uses a number of safety rules and regulations applied to stay safe and educated. They make you feel like your right at home offering free services like the internet, phone, and TV to make you feel more welcome and at home allowing you to save money at your stay at the hospital. There could be medical error mistakes do happen but at Oakwood they look in the patients interest. It never hurts to double check and get second options from another doctor within they are willing to work with you.

The relationship between risk management and quality management in the organization and how these two disciplines complement each other.

If or when an issues may arise Oakwood’s discipline team business practices and compliance with take further corrective action depending on the issue addressed. If in need of action recommendations in education they will take the proper action to get the employee the proper training and continue education when mandatory. All health employees are assigned to a Healthstream program which does apply education through the hospital and all of the codes regulations and laws. The program requires test to make sure the employee understand what they read with in the health stream system. It is very useful and educational.

Closing
Oakwood not only is using numerous mechanisms to asses’ effectiveness, and compliance, but always continues finding external citations by monitoring security concerns and citations for privacy. Oakwood is an ongoing business for measuring effectives with its continuous external audits within and from management’s response in all areas. Oakwood is keeping things together, and on top with the best quality and risk management teams. They will continue to specialize in patient care and making patients first ("Rooted in Integrity", 2010).

Evaluating the Research Process

Evaluating the Research Process
Childhood Obesity
In America Childhood obesity in the article talks about child that are obese and how the numbers are only increasing thanks to certain food and lack of education on food.  Health issues can arise from childhood obesity and this article gives off information obtaining child obesity and the side effects of becoming and being obese in young ages. Children’s safety is the main concern because off the health issues that arises from childhood obesity
How is the literature review used in this research?
Literature review valuation is study that is based upon research learning on a subject in which substances are shortened than material is composed to be organized to make an analysis.  Offering information on revision subjects which is provided from new meanings which was studied from older explanations.  In this article read about childhood obesity the literature assessment presents so vital information regarding all the health issues that could affect children in young ages from childhood obesity and offers ways to change a child’s diet and encourage exercise. In this article the author shows how encouraging a diet plan and the lunch menus in the schools would help to start these changes.  There are ways of acceptable solutions and this article offers information that analyses certain foods that are higher in sodium and sugars are causing obesity (Karnik & Kaneekar, 2011).
What are ethical considerations for data collection?
When looking at the ethical side of childhood obesity I think it is best that everyone has a great understanding of what the risk are of becoming or being obese. I thought it was interesting learning and obtaining the knowledge about the proper nutrient value need for a daily bases, while watching our body mass intake (BMI).   With children all over becoming obese and the rate only increasing education upon nutrition should be required I think (Karnik & Kaneekar, 2011).
What is the data telling us in terms of statistical analysis?
The statistical aspect of childhood obesity is 15% for children in ages 10 and under to the age of 2. Children ranging from the ages 11 to 15 are in the 14% overweight.  With this obesity set in the children are at risk of cardiovascular disease and other health problems which could include diabetes type 2, it can increased levels of cholesterol, as well as the rising of blood pressure. Another way of looking at the statistical factor was looking in to changing the school lunches for the school districts so there are healthier choices.  The facts were setting up a diet plan and some daily activities involving a exercise plan as well would help to lose weight.  It was also known that keeping the metabolism going by be involved in activities would be good for losing weight (Karnik & Kaneekar, 2011).
Are the findings statistically significant?
I think these findings are helpful to not just the worlds, but parent’s especially because it helps us to better understand why it is so important for children to stay healthy. Stay healthy and active not just to stay skinny but to stay in good physical shape, and avoid health issues now and later in life.
Do the conclusions match the results of the study?
If a person is willing to not just eat healthy but follow the diet plan and exercise plan as well they will see the results faster for losing weight. It takes will power and dedication to commit to these plans. With no dedication and commitment these plans may not work. A person has to want to commit to this and stick with it.
Do the conclusions answer the research questions in the definition of the problem?
In the article the research does have the concern of the child obesity and the rate. It does go into detail relating all information concern childhood obesity and the aftermath of childhood obesity. I do feel that it does answer the questions concerning the article topic of the related issues that arise from childhood obesity.  Of course there could be more related information added to this information concerning the schools but it does touch on the related topic addressed (Karnik & Kaneekar, 2011).
Are the conclusions appropriate?
In this study the conclusions are appropriate because this study is looking out for the best interest in children concerning their health from the minute they start eating solid food and as they grow.  This study is looking for the well-being of children and the health issues that arises from obesity. The study shows the health issues that can occur with the effects of children becoming obese and long terms effects of being obese. As a parent and an out sider I would rather know then not know.
Do you have enough information to make a decision on the effectiveness of the study? If so, is it effective?
I think this article did provide a good significant amount of information and there are other sites I may want to endure for more insight on this subject of childhood obesity. It did provide some good aspects and touch on good reasoning for why it is important to have a plan not just any plan but a healthy active plan.  I have good based option on this subject as for myself as well because I once was a bad eater, and was not exercising either. With this in play I was always eating high in sodium and sugar foods. I never looked and the back of food labels just grabbed what I liked and craved at the store. I never realized the after effects of foods and how bad they can be for the human body if in taking too much of certain contents like sugar and sodium. I was just waiting for a heart attack if you asked me. I then realized that I needed a plan of action and that was to change my diet. I look at all food labels now before purchasing any food and make sure it is heart healthy. I do not what high blood pressure or high cholesterol. There for I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and make sure to get my whole grain. I go along the food pyramid and get just what I need for the day along with my glasses of water.  Since I have changed this diet I have lost 25 pounds. With this diet change I also was including an exercise program 4 days a week.  So not only am I eating healthy I am getting my exercise program in as well for cardio.  So I got fit to, “yeah right”.  My kids were in cooperated in this as well and they also got in shape where they needed to be and were eating healthier and were happier and calmer without the sugar in the diet. Sugar is known to change a child’s mood.  My son school also went with the healthier food choices so I know he is eating well in school now which is helping me meet his daily required value of proper eating.  It is great to have everyone on board it makes things easier and smoother.
Conclusion
Childhoodhood obesity is an interesting study and does contain a lot of research out there on this subject. The article about childhood obesity really touches upon the scars that can take place in a child’s health when becoming obese.  Practicing healthy food plans and charts can be tough and can be done as well with the influence of the help of parents and peers introducing the fun of healthy foods. Starting a new fun health plan changes not only the weight of children obesity but mood behaviors as well which help to encourage physical activities that help to stay in shape and maintain a good source of a healthy exercise plan.  Let’s educate the children to a healthy lifestyle by starting with eating right. It is important to stay healthy and promote health.

Medical care for an aging population

Research
             An aging society
Population is aging and an evolving occurrence and so is retiring. In conducted research it is likely that the Worlds’ population will façade the encounters of interchanging the retiring generation from the medical research workforce of health. “By 2020 are baby boomers will be between, 55 to 75. Education is in order, moving into the ageing populations, and the future of the medical research workforce” (Schofield, Meachem, & West, 2011). In this study it demonstrates that the concern as of the medical research workforce of Australian health  The indications  are that in year 2009 to 2019 those of age greater than 40 to understand and be able to draw conclusions on future workforce and international allegations of the aging workforce population.  In the year 2009 to 2019 there is going to be expected leave of those 40 and above most reaching the age of 50 to 69.  People at the age of 50, will be most likely to retire within the next ten years. With the 6250 associates only 4000 hold a PhD.  To maintain the current ration an extra 1700 PhD persons will be needed in the workforce. It has been projected the working population will cost  $240 million. It is important to plan for the replacement of retiring generation for health and medical research to plan for progression and match the operational population.  Focus must be obtained in getting higher education in Australia to fulfill this determination.  Planning for the evolution of workforce is just one of things the aging population will face (Schofield, Meachem, & West, 2011).

To resolve this crisis a plan must be set into action making sure that education is highly stressed for those moving into the work field and making sure that proper training is assets. It is key that one has a full understanding of the job they are entitled and the workload is covered.  Operations need to be completed properly to make sure there are enough workers to cover the shifts and enough to produce productivity. As well in endnote those retiring will be ok by staying active and still participate in activities even though they are retired.

Direction

DIRECTION

The direction comes from the set of everyday waking up and depositing in stone the possibilities of today and tomorrow. What are you looking for and wanting out of you? Only you make up of you and grabbing all the opportunities at hand will help you reach and conquer your goals. First things first put you into reality. Don’t set your goals to high start with baby steps and climb up the stairs. Thru reinforcement right in front of you with positive and motivators to help you stay on track along with a regular routine. This could be positive words on sticky notes posted through your house. This could be listening to a favorite uplifting song or even standing in front of a mirror and saying wonderful things about you.  This routine is crucial and critical to gaining direction in your life. Our self guidance keeps us on the stepping stones to the paths of whatever our destiny has in store for us.

The little things!

I want to be loved. I want to be held. I want to be spoiled. All of us do sometimes. I want to be surprised. I want to see different places. I want a surprise anniversary planned ahead. I want to go on dates to remember how we met. Let's plan for our future. Take our kids to those joyful places u wanted to go to when u were a kid. Let's enjoy life!

The pondering thought and the conscious decision?

The pondering thought and the conscious decision?

You ever have those days were you wake up and say "I need a change or something has to change"?

I know I have, and so have so many of us all over America. This thought crosses the mind of millions of Americans every day. It’s not that you're not happy it's maybe you're not sure with your job or maybe some life choices you've made.  Let me just say "First it's never too late or you're never too old to make the change for yourself. Be proud of what you have done and the accomplishments you have made so far. You are your own success and only you can change that and when i say success you don't have to be making a million dollars or be an entrepreneur to be successful. Everyone has their own driven levels of driven success and accomplishments. You have to be happy on the job to eliminate some of that daily stress. This way you're not waking up in the morning and saying “Here we go again another boring day on the job, I just hate going to work"! I love waking up every morning with a smile on my face. So sometimes we have to help others with steering them in a direction we're going to work isn't so painful every morning and a fun peaceful place of employment with all the great perks.  Be appreciative of what you do have but don't be afraid of change and going further with your dreams and your success.

A little thought!

Another day, this day with white snow.  As the snow falls the floating memories of every joyful holiday comes to mind of what life teaches us and shows us. With every beautiful season there is a reason. Bring the joy, bring the love. Bring those bright beautiful smiles and share your sweet thoughts and words with the world.  Everyone is beautiful inside and out.

A new day!

Everyday is not only a "New Day",
It's a new life experience
 to a new beginning
of whatever we want to make of it.
Life is full of surprises, laughter, love<3,
inspiration,  and it is how we grab it and take control of it.

The joy of giving

Joke of the day!

This joke will be in the need of a pacifier.

So you go to to work and someone's complaining. Look at them and pull the pacifier out of your pocket and say "Here take this so I don't have to listen to you whine". lol.
Laughter is the Best Medicine.

Of what does music entail?

I am not sure about you but music is my life. Music can be my pick me up and bring that smile back to my face. It sure can give me a kick from the jump start of my day.
It reminds my of all the joyful times in my life I have had and want much more. It reminds me of the sad things that have happen but the best memories in them. That you can conquer it all and be on top of the world if you let yourself. You can be anything just being you. Get in the groove. Jam to the music. The music shall set you free.

Live, lovin on life with music.

Yummy sour cream potatoes

Looking for some good potatoes that hits the spot.  You could even use them as a side dish with dinner.  These yummy potatoes are filled with country style potatoes, garlic, sour cream with chives, cut up bacon, pepper,  and sharp cheddar cheese. Brake out that pan and give them a try.

The finer things in life.

Isn't it funny how the littlest things make us happy and boost are moral. Mine is enjoying a good cup of coffee every morning, boy does it help we wake up.  I love having a boost in the morning.  Every once in awhile it's nice to also reward ourselves with something. You deserve to treat yourself to something for all the hard work you do on a daily bases.  Whether its a cd or buying an expenses outfit don't feel bad because everyone deserves a reward. Your hard work pays off.

Family

Family

Who are you they say?
You are the inspiration in my life
You are my drive
You pick me back up when I'm down
You have my back no matter what
You have help when in need
You can follow my every sentence
Take over and control if control is lost
My home is your home
backbone to backbone
heart to heart
blood is forever.

Inside! :-)

Inside

Inside I am a happy soul; still learning, still growing that never stops.

Loving to LOVE
One who shouts out when I love someone no matter where I am or who can hear it, it doesn't make a difference I want my love to be known. I am not afraid or ashamed to love or of my love.

Love to SPEAK
Not afraid to say what's on my mind words make a difference, words can change the world.

Loving to LIVE
To live is to be alive, being you, being all of you and to never judge or let be judged. Who cares what others say. Be you and be proud. God made you and your special. Everyone was put on this earth for a reason and we all have a purpose.

Loving to CRY
Its ok to shed some tears, let it all out you will feel better and sometimes it even makes you stronger. Crying is not always a bad thing it can be tears of joy and happiness. Hating to be hurt but can't be avoided.

Loving to LAUGH
Enjoy the finer things in life. Don't be so serious. Joke a little, live with a since of humor.

Loving to LEARN
Take all the knowledge you can get. The more you learn the more you know, being smart is not a bad thing. It’s a good thing and benefits you in so many ways. Your sources are right in front of you, "Grab them".

The Tree

The Tree

The trunk of a tree is the start of your life.
The branches are the different things you can explore and what you discover taking all avenues and opportunities arising.
The leaves are different things from learning and growing.
The height is how far you take your destiny.
How wide and tall will your tree grow?
You choose?

Children safety!

Children Safety.

Each and every year our children grow. Each year is a new and gained experience of the child’s growth and personality. As a parent we always need to be engage with our children, and have a full understanding of there where bout’s and friends.  Keeping our children on the right track and out of danger or bad decisions pressed through per pressure is important. Always educate your children of the dangers of the world and the consequences of the reaction. Continue to “STAY AWARE”, of new products on the market that can harm or affect your child.  Be sure to check all labels on products and be aware of what it is. Just because it's on a shelf or from a doctor does not mean it's safe. We, and I stress "WE" have to be aware as the parent.
Keeping and teaching the awareness for the safety of children.
Stay proactive and engaged.

Understanding the Human Brain?

The human brain is powerful, controlling all aspect of our body. How well do you know your brain, your thoughts, and your control of your reactions from mood, choices and decisions? This is all involved with the Frontal lobe of the brain. What if you just found out yours was damaged. Now you feel undecided and lost.  So you're wondering if any of the decisions you have made in your life where really your choices or just by the moment. Is this something you can live with? Well first is understanding what caused the damage and how you’re day by day routine of how you are going to deal with the Frontal lobe injury? You are now going to go through the process of regaining the understanding of problem solving, language, motor function, initiation, sexual behavior, memory, judgment, spontaneity, impulse control and social behavior. Understanding the injury is the first thing. Following through with proper care for recovery is the second and for most important if wanting to get well.  Every injury has its own length and set goal for full recovery if the recovery is reversible and sustainable. Always explore all aspect of an injury and get second options.  Never give up there is hope. Even now a day our modern technology has provided us with more advanced procedures and has taken health to a higher level of education of prospects that we have ever imagined.

Halloween

Halloween

Halloween comes just once a year
With ghost and goblins that give us a scare
To sweets, yummy treats, plus smelly feet’s
The reverberations of unstable ground
The chills of the good fun horror films
From Mike Myers to your scariest desires
From carving pumpkins to enjoying the bumpkins (kids)
Enjoy the one and final evening of light, and don't forget to say
“Trick or Treat and have a good fun safe night"
"Boo"

Keep on standing.

Keep on standing

God made me a girl for a reason.
I love it, I live it, embrace it, I empower it.
This girl gives it, it all,
 God gave me strength.
God gave me courage.
I will fight till the end.
I will live till the end, and help till the end.

The Unknown

THE UNKNOWN

The first thing I think about when I wake up is you.
The first thing I feel when I wake up is the memory of your touch.
Not a moment to dual but a moment so right but not real
Where are you, where did you go?
I need you; I need you more than ever now
Your warm embrace,
The touch and smile on your face
The kiss of an angel
It’s so surreal.
I know I love you why can’t I tell you.
Do you think of me love?

Do you love me unknown?

Get your Breakfast on!

Who likes to wake up and have a good Sunday breakfast, “I know I do”. I like a little of everything from eggs to hash browns and when I say hash browns I am referring to Country fried potatoes, the one's cut into cubes. These usually have flavor like pepper, garlic, butter, and green onion. Along with my breakfast I enjoy a good old fashion southern biscuits and gravy which I consider my famous biscuits and gravy, “Just That". When it comes to biscuits and gravy, that gravy needs to be “Just Right”. Just like Goldilocks and the three bears where she continues her journey until she gets just the things she needs meeting her satisfaction. This biscuits and gravy consist of milk, flower, pepper and butter.  It’s good to get a great start to your day with filling your belly with notorious food. Start your day right with a good hearty breakfast!

The Choice!

You wake up in a frantic state. You look around and you see you're alone. Everything appears quite but diplomatic. In this abode you have accommodations to what could be your destiny or could lead you somewhere you’re not certain you want to be. You explore all your possibilities. You overcome your fears. You way out the good and the bad, the benefits and perks of each route of your choice. You overlook your option and make your final decision but aRE having second thoughts. Then you realize your heart, your mind, and your gut says, “It’s the right one”. You look up and you say, “I'm ready”. Taking that next step to whatever it is in life can be nervous, but overcoming your fears is not scary it’s an adventure one that YOU'RE going to want to take. Take that leap you’re ready for that ride.
